Please note that both bedrooms are equipped with new air conditioning units, and all rooms come with ceiling fans or stand-up fans if needed. While smoking is permitted outside, please refrain from smoking inside the cottage. A designated smoking area is provided by the carport. Extra cleaning fees will apply if additional cleaning is necessary due to smoking indoors.
